How should I store my Once Upon a Farm pouches?

Our pouches are cold-pressed and must be refrigerated. They can be kept out of the fridge for up to 4 hours, but we recommend keeping them chilled to maintain optimal freshness and nutritional value.

Are your products organic and non-GMO?

Yes, all of our products are USDA Certified Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, and free from added sugars, artificial flavors, and preservatives.

How does your subscription service work?

Our subscription allows you to choose your favorite blends and have them delivered to your door every 1, 2, or 3 weeks. You can skip a delivery, swap flavors, or cancel at any time through your account dashboard.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Because we use High Pressure Processing (HPP) instead of high-heat pasteurization, our products typically have a shelf life of several weeks when refrigerated. Please check the 'Enjoy By' date printed on each individual pouch.

Do you ship to all 50 states?

Currently, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We use insulated packaging and gel packs to ensure your organic snacks arrive cold and fresh.

Can your pouches be frozen?

Yes, you can freeze our pouches for up to 6 months. To serve, simply thaw them in the refrigerator overnight. We do not recommend microwaving the pouches.
